Andoni Cruz, 44 years old, born in Bilbao. Degree in Sciences and Master in Applied Biology.
 

-When you were a child, what did you want to be as an adult?
Since I was a very young I liked swimming and scuba-diving so I always wanted to be a Marine Biologist.
-What do you like the most about your job?
Being able to create something new from scratch, the generation of innovative projects that may contribute to improve our society.
-What are your future challenges?
The main goal is to turn Biobide into the global company of reference for essays with zebrafish. To achieve that, we must consolidate our expansion strategy in the USA and China and complete our landing at LATAM and Japan.
-Your favourite dish
A large steak.
-A place
‘The Lighthouse’, an ideal place to immerse yourself in the beauty of the Cantabrian Sea.
-A film
I love cinema. If I have to choose one film, I will probably select ‘The Godfather’.
-A historical figure
Jacques Cousteau.
-A book
‘1984’, by George Orwell.
-A song
One of the songs that has influenced on me is ‘With or Without You’, by U2.
-What do you usually do in your free time?
Relaxing with my friends and relatives, skiing or scuba-diving.

My family and the sea nearby.

Silvia Ayllón López, 35 years old, born in Arcos de la Frontera (Cádiz), Associate Degree in Business and Finance.
 

-When you were a child, what did you want to be as an adult?
As many girls; a dancer, painter, writer… each day I used to change my opinion but certainly it was an art-related profession and eventually here I am, surrounded by figures.
-What do you like the most about your job?
Being part of a team.
-What are your future challenges?
Adapting as soon as possible to all the changes we are living and meeting expectations.
-Your favourite dish
The soup of wild asparagus my mother cooks.
-A place
The beach, in winter or summer, any beach.
-A film
‘Empire of the Sun’, by Steven Spielberg.
-A historical figure
He isn´t a historical figure yet, but I would like to name Judge Jose Castro.
-A book
‘I Gave You My Whole Life’, by Zoe Valdés.
-A song
‘The Site Of My Break’, by Antonio Vega.
-What do you usually do in your free time?
Being with my daughter, family and friends…
-A proposal to get rid of the crisis
Dismissing every politician that has something to do with some case of corruption or embezzlement.
-How do you imagine the world in 20 years?
So much more technological than now and with this technology more integrated in our day-to-day, not only in the work setting.

 Silvia has been working at Bionaturis as an Accountant Technician since March 2007.
